I had this plain blue sweater which I found in the thrift shop that used to belong to a deceased grandma probably. (R.I.P. There was a name tag in the sweater) And I thought it could use some cool embroidering. It was spring and cherry blossom season so I thought it would be nice to put some cherry blossoms on them.

This was the sweater.

I put an embroidery hoop around the places that I wanted to embroider. This was nice because it made the fabric tighter and easier to embroider. I just started out with some branches.

Then I made a lot of flowers around it. Flowers that were attached to the branches but also loose flowers that were floating around.
This I repeated a lot and everywhere until I thought I was done. The nice thing about doing this to your own clothes is that you decide yourself when your done. I could just go on till you couldn’t see the blue from the sweater anymore. I didn’t, but I could because it’s my own sweater.

This is the results! I’m quite satisfied with it, because it’s not to much, just enough for me.
